Job Description (Roles and responsibility including the below but not limited to)
Weekly schedule for Wine Tasting & Analysis
Bottling Analysis as per the Protocol
Updating and maintaining Lab Records
Handle and maintain all lab equipment
Proper reporting on daily/weekly basis as required
Proper cleaning and maintain the Lab Hygiene
To update all documentation as per the Audit Requirements
This role would handle tasks for both SVL & ASPL(York)
Must Have
BSc/MSc Chemistry or BSc /MSc Wine Technology
Communication Skills
Presentation Skills
Basic Knowledge of Excel
Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
Ability to work independently with least supervision
Flexibility in working hours during peak season
Ability to set priorities and time management skills
