Job Objective
Shift Timing: - 6:00 PM IST -3:30 AM IST (US Shift)
Primary Responsibilities
Job responsibilities involve but are not limited to: -
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handling Recruitment (end to end process).
Handling On boarding and Induction.
Preparing Attendance Sheet, leave data, and Managing Employee Database.
Organizing and Coordinating Employment Engagement Activities.
Assist in the Performance Appraisal Process.
Managing Primary Utilities and Office Administration including Vendor Management.
Handling other HR related activities.
Manage office facilities, including maintenance, security, and inventory.
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for employees.
Handle procurement activities, including vendor management and contract negotiations
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview
techniques and evaluation methods.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within
organizations
BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
