WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Deliver strong functional expertise, creativity, and entrepreneurial leadership to meet the business needs of the operations.
- Ensure guest rooms status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.
- Works effectively with Engineering Team on guestrooms maintenance needs.
- Ensure s that all Housekeeping and Laundry operations are in compliance with housekeeping policies, standards and procedures.
- Demonstrate and communicates key drivers of guest satisfaction for brand’s Target Customers.
- Emphasize Guest Satisfaction and focus on continuous improvement.
- Ensure smooth functioning of the department .
- Act as an Accor Ambassador aiming to enhance the company image and market reputation.
