Brief on the Job Position

The Executive – Financial Operations is one of the key positions in Ayekart. The objective of the position is to ensure smooth day in day out Financial Operations of the organization in accordance with the compliance and regulatory requirements.

Scope of Work

The Executive – Financial Operations will be responsible for the providing the support in financial operational activities. S/He is also expected to support in ensuring the compliance to organization standards. Regular interaction /coordination would be required with different teams.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

· Support in operational issues & concerns in timely manner.

· Ensure best practices and company policy & standards are followed.

· Ensure the operational guidelines are followed by the team.

· Coordinate with different teams for resolving the financial operational issues.

· Assist in training and development of the staff.

· Manage financial portals.

· Manage reports and other documents.

· Any other work assigned by the competent authority.

Qualifications and Experience

· Graduate in Business Administration/ Management/ Finance or any other relevant field.

· At least 2 to 5 years of experience in industry or similar role.

· Have in-depth understanding of the business operations.

· Working knowledge of MS Office, with advanced Presentation and Excel knowledge.

Skills and Core Competencies

A. Essential

· Understanding of team management skills.

· Problem-solving ability under variety of situations.

· Good acumen of technology and automation.

· Good command on Excel and other related software.

B. Desirable

· Good interpersonal communication and team-building skills in order to keep team motivated and productive.

· Meet work deadlines without constant detailed supervision.

· Accuracy, precision and attention to detail.

Reporting

· The Executive– Financial Operations shall report to the AVP – OPES Finance, Ayekart.

· S/He will seek guidance and directions from AVP – OPES Finance.
