Responsibilities Include

• Should have knowledge in MoEF, PCB related works like EC, Consent, Authorization, periodical Returns.
• Should have good liaison work with Govt officials especially TNPCB.
• Knowledge on operation & maintenance of Effluent Treatment Systems (Bio-ETP, STRIPPER, MEE, ATFD, EC, RO plants, Decanter and STP) / Pollution Control Systems.
• Ensuring all the ETP Systems running at designed efficiencies towards continual improvement
• Maintaining ETP Team & Conducting spot training on environmental issues to staff.
• Monitoring of ETP Operational Cost on daily basis and identify the source reduce the cost by implement the suitable methods with communicating In-charge.
• Checking & ensure of all Daily Log sheets, ETP Records
• Preparation of documentation required for Environment Management System and daily, monthly reports / records.
• Ensuring Regulatory Compliance, Monitoring and Analysis, Document Control and other day-to-day activities related to Environment Management.
• Ensuring & supervising Handling & Disposal of Hazardous Wastes.
• Preparation of Inventory of ETP Chemicals and consumables and quantities of waste generation.
• Other responsibilities entrusted by Environment In-Charge from time to time.
