Job Summary
BASICS OF Mechanics, Materials, Manufacturing Process, 3D Modeling - Pro-E/ Creo. Structural analysis using ANSYS. Pressurized Enclosure Design & Analysis. Knowledge of Design of Basic Element like Spring, Shaft, Gear, Bearing, Coupling, Lever Design. Selecting Design Parameters (Physical Properties) of Materials like Steel, Aluminium, Copper, Cast Iron, Plastics. Knowledge of Processes like Casting, Forging, Moulding, Turning, Milling, Welding, Anti-Rust, Pre-Treatment, Painting, Finishing Processes. As a part of GIS technology team to design/ analyze Components/ Modules of GIS Product (using tools like Pro-E/ Creo / Ansys) / develop/ test new GIS Substation Layout, Disconnector , Earth Switch, Enclosures, Drive/ Mechanism & Interrupter which should be low cost, most reliable. To lead in assigned projects. To enhance competency of GIS Substation Layout Design, Drive/ Mechanism Design aspect of group. Pressurized Enclosure Design & Analysis.
