- Physical AOF and Re-KYC Forms verification once inward is done.
- Verification with the client for Email, Mobile, and other details.
- Communicating with CPs for clearing Discrepancies through mail and phone.
- Keeping Track of Account Opening, KRA, UCC, and provide proactive services to CPs.
- Reactivation Related Task.
- Working as a Backup of the Team.
