Position : Executive - CRM.

Location : Edappally, Cochin.

Salary : Rs. 18,000 - Rs. 25,000/-.

Duties:

• Database Management.
• Data Entry and Maintenance.
• Customer Segmentation.
• Customer Communication.
• Customer Engagement.
• CRM System Customization.
• Reporting and Analysis.
• Integration with other Systems.

Eligibility :

• Any graduation.
• Minimum 1 year experience in CRM system management.
• Permanent or current resident of Ernakulam.
• Good command over English language - Verbal and written.
• Proficiency in MS office.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
