Executive - Collection & Service Confirmation

Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the daily bulk payout of multiple service providers to outlets.
  • Ensure accurate preparation of transaction reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
  • Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify and track financial transactions accurately.
  • Generate and deliver daily payout reports to senior management for review and decision-making purposes.
  • Collaborate with the Payment/Support team to manage pending documentation required for transactions.
  • Provide efficient and courteous customer support via phone and email, addressing transaction and payout-related queries promptly.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial tracking purposes.
  • Employ strong analytical skills to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within operations.
Skills Required:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets for analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Decent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

Experience Range:
