Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the daily bulk payout of multiple service providers to outlets.
- Ensure accurate preparation of transaction reconciliations to maintain financial integrity.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations to verify and track financial transactions accurately.
- Generate and deliver daily payout reports to senior management for review and decision-making purposes.
- Collaborate with the Payment/Support team to manage pending documentation required for transactions.
- Provide efficient and courteous customer support via phone and email, addressing transaction and payout-related queries promptly.
- Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and financial tracking purposes. Employ strong analytical skills to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within operations.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets for analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Decent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
