We are looking for an Executive Assistant with experience in similar role, preferably in a large organisation.
The ideal candidate should be from Dehradun or have a reason to shift to Dehradun.
Full time job role in Dehradun.
In the role of the Executive Assistant you will be responsible for
- Preparing and managing documents in MS Word and MS Excel
- Travel and other logistics arrangements
- Creating presentations for the Board
- Meeting planning
- Attending meetings, keeping minutes, tracking and updating the MD
- Providing summaries of action items to the management team
- Supporting MD in all his operations
