We are Hiring Experience Service Desk Management Profile for our Leading MNC.
LOCATION : GURGAON
JOB DESIGNATION : SERVICE DESK MANAGEMENT
JOB DESCRIPTION : Managing one or more customer service or Service Desk functions. Acting as a point of contact to support service users and customers reporting issues, requesting information, access, or other services . Delivering customer service through multiple channels including human, digital, self- service , and automated .
Requirements
- Only technical graduate if fresher .
- Any graduate if experienced in Technical voice.
- Must have excellent Oral & Verbal communication Skill. (Without MTI || Neutral accent)
- All Technical Fresher With excellent Verbal & Oral Communication is needed.
- 0.6 to 3 years experience in Service Desk Voice Support.
- Must be flexible to work in night shift.
- Work from office (Gurugram/Bangalore)
3 Rounds of interview
- Screening over the call
- Berlitz
- Ops
- Must be able to clear all the above rounds.
Benefits
SALARY FOR FRESHER : 25k CTC
SALARY FOR EXPERIENCE : Up to 32k ( based on experience, interview & skill set)
