Workday - HCM: Core HR, Workday, WORKDAY
Description
We’re looking for someone with: • 5+years of experience with Workday data for HCM, Compensation, Performance, Timeoff.
• 5+ years of recentWorkday Certified experience in Workday Data Conversion with a Workdaydeployment partner preferred
• 5+ years of professionalservices experience in a client-facing role at a leading consulting firm
• At least twoend-to-end experiences with data conversion processes between Workday/ anotherERP to Workday.
• Hands-on experiencewith HCM data-gathering workbooks, and data-loading tools (iLoads,Advanced Load, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), Migration Recipes, etc.)and End to end data validations
• Proficiency with Pythonand can make changes to Python code and test
• Advanced or Expertproficiency in Excel
•Experience with legacy ERP data extraction (Oracle, Peoplesoft, SAP) as well asdata warehousing, data architecture, and data audits • Strong attention todetail with the ability to think from a “big picture” perspective • Ability tobuild and develop strong client relationships and drive client conversations •Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment ofcollaboration and excellence • Excellent verbal and written communicationskills • Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction andself-training
