Educational Qualification :

a: B-Tech/M-Tech/MCA

Key Reponsibilities :

a: Implement and manage Splunk Observability in multi Cloud environment b: Must have basic knowledge on different Clouds AWS, Azure and GCP

Technical Experience :

a: Having deep knowledge of Monitoring configuration and background b: Hands-on experience on extensive Infrastructure and Application Monitoring Configuration c: Integration with 3rd party ticketing tools for auto converting alert to Incident Troubleshoot technical issues to determine root cause and resolve or implement workaround as necessary d: Hands on experience on python scripting e: Proficiency with Linux and Windows platforms f: Good to have Linux Shell Scripting and Windows PowerShell knowledge
