Enterprise Sales Manager - B2B - US Shift- 3+ years

Location - Koramangala, Bangalore

Shift - US Shift (5 PM IST to 2 AM IST)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly passionate Enterprise Sales Manager to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting mid-market to enterprise customers who can benefit from our products and services. You should be a quick learner, possess strong communication skills, and have the capability to present our offerings in a compelling manner.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new leads for the company.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate and expand the mid-market segment
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions
  • Conduct online demos and presentations to prospective customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales initiatives.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM records up-to-date

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B setting
  • Experience closing deals in mid-market and enterprise segment
  • A proven track record of achieving sales targets is a must
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in US shift timings (5 PM IST to 2 AM IST)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a bonus
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
