Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced English Teacher to join our team at Podar Education Network. As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching English language skills to students of all levels. This is a full-time position based in Sangli, Maharashtra, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in English or related field
• Junior: 1 to 3 years of teaching experience in English language
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage and inspire students in the learning process
• Knowledge of effective instructional methodologies and techniques
• Patience, empathy, and understanding for diverse learning needs
• Organizational and time management skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic educational environment
• Valid teaching certification (if applicable)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct English language classes for students of all levels, from primary to secondary
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the educational objectives of the curriculum
• Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills to enhance students' English proficiency
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters students' intellectual and emotional development
• Assess students' progress through regular assignments, tests, and examinations
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their English language skills
• Communicate with parents/guardians regarding students' academic progress and address any concerns
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience for students
