- Efficient management in material receiving, stocking & dispatching, Reducing inventory and maintain high customer service with FIFO Method
- Ensuring 100% stock accuracy in storage warehouse, Monitoring the adherence to the SOP for all activities, ERP planning and implementation
- Logistics planning, Monitoring of consignments way bill booking ,hub operation and Stock movement FIFO method,
- Stock monitoring and control, Budget Control on Operational expenses, Customer satisfaction achieving through KPI
- Economical space usage, FIFO, Maintaining shelf life items, scrap disposal, easy material retrieval.
- Materials dispatches to subcontractors, ensuring the norms are being followed as per BOM,
- Reconciliation of materials dispatch and receipt with sub-contractor.
- Achieved 100% on time delivery of supplies to production line.
- Achieved higher inventory turnover ratio in both raw material & Finished Goods and maintaining the same.
- Control over the primary and secondary transportation cost.
Inbound Logistics (Warehouse to assembly line)
- Expert in inbound activities like inception in both quality & quantity till it is binned in the correct location
- Maximizing supplies with minimum inventory levels, Binning the materials as per ERP locations
- Pre-packing of parts as per packaging standards. Identify special packaging for critical parts, Order execution management, picking, packaging, maintaining packaging, dispatch plan etc
- Manpower requirement & allocation for material receiving, picking, dispatching on daily basis
- Picking the materials as per FIFO, updating warehouse free location. Maintaining packaging material inventory
- Utilization of contract manpower, training to contract manpower
- Making MIS for stores stock inventory, Responsible for Sales and Registering the parts order of dealers in SAP
- Preparation of pick list according to dealer wise and co-coordinating with Sales Marketing team for dispatch
- Prioritizing pick list according to Stock order and order and plan for dispatch
- Coordinating PPC & Production to get day to day material requirement & maintain stock at optimum level
- Evaluate the vendors performance through KPI and Scoring methodology
- Daily, Weekly, Monthly, sales and profitability preparation.
- Planning materials based on Forecast Plan, Monthly plan, Daily plan and Coordinate with concern team
