About the role
The data steward will primarily be part of One Customer View Investigation and Insights Chapter with the goal of understanding business environment to ensure valuable inputs leading to holistic User Experience Journey. Following are key expectations but not limited to:
  • Deeply understand the tribe objectives, manage information, identify trends, and make decisions
  • Deeply understand data and reported anomalies
  • Understand environment and support improvement initiatives (use insights and information
  • Support mailbox and matching/ linking-related activities
  • Own manual remediation activities (ad hoc)
  • Support logic-building and testing
  • Facilitate repetitive automated activities (batch run, automations)
  • Support reporting requirements of the chapter
What will your day look like
Knowledge in systems (CAP, Iknow) and customer data, data quality issues, and background in operations/ exception handling, preferred.
