We are looking for a dynamic email marketer with a “Growth hacker” mindset. You will be an integral part in driving customer growth and nurturing customer through your creative and customer centric marketing skill.

Key responsibilities
- Take the ownership of entire Email Marketing strategy and delivery
- Work with content marketing team, and the sales team to plan the email campaign
- Create and Design modern template and CTAs
- Determine KPIs and Improve conversion by various analytics and present reports on a weekly basis
- Create email list and send appropriate email content based on life cycle of a customer and segmentations
- Develop a lead generation strategy and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
Basic Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience with Email Marketing, lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics
- Proficient using marketing automation technology
- Knowledge of latest digital marketing trends
- Experience with email automation tools
- Worked with digital marketing agency, preferable
- Experience in delivering releases in web-based product.
- Expertise in data analysis, A/B testing and user experience
- Graduate degree from any stream
