Responsiblities:
- Email Campaign Strategy: Plan, develop and implement an Email Marketing strategy end-to-end.
- Content Creation: Create compelling email content that resonates with the specified target audience. Including copywriting, designing email templates, and ensuring responsive design. Proofread emails for clarity & grammar.
Audience Segmentation: Segment email list to deliver personalized and relevant content, increasing engagement and conversions. - A/B Testing: Continuously optimize email campaigns through A/B testing of subject lines, content, and designs to improve open and click-through rates.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse email campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- List Management: Manage and maintain our email database, ensuring data hygiene and compliance with Email Marketing regulations, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on Email Marketing performance, ROI, and key metrics to share with the team and leadership.
Collaboration: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Email Marketing aligns with broader marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Proficiency in Email Marketing platforms, such as Mailchimp, Benchmark, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Strong understanding of Email Marketing best practices and regulations.
- Excellent copywriting and design skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.
- Exceptional project management and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus.
