# Diagnose and rectify electrical and control system breakdowns, utilizing expertise in programming Allen Bradley software such as RS Logix 5000 and FactoryTalk View Machine Edition.
# Troubleshoot and modify various machinery systems including Aluminum Beverage Can Conversion Presses, Conveyors Line Motor Control Systems, and online monitoring systems.
# Manage inventory of spare parts, ensuring timely communication with supervisors regarding replenishment needs.
# Upgrade control programs of production machinery to boost efficiency and minimize downtime.
# Monitor, adjust, and maintain visual inspection systems and testing equipment to ensure high product quality.
# Participate in preventive maintenance programs, cooperating with production departments and other maintenance sections.
# Contribute to the implementation of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) practices and be accountable for assigned equipment.
# Report progress on completed works using WIERA, and assist in the design and implementation of new equipment and production lines.
# Adhere to Health & Safety regulations, environmental requirements (ISO 14001, BRC), and perform any other duties as required, maintaining a focus on safety and compliance.
