Job Description:

Summary:
As an Electrician in the Aqua Feed industry, your role is crucial in ensuring the electrical systems and equipment supporting aqua feed production are well-maintained and operate efficiently. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical components, and collaborating with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and enhance overall production performance.

Responsibilities:

• Installation and Maintenance:
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in accordance with relevant codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other maintenance professionals to address multifaceted issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshooting:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions to identify root causes and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Perform routine inspections to proactively identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
• Electrical Repairs:
• Conduct repairs on electrical components such as motors, switches, wiring, and control panels.
• Replace or upgrade faulty electrical parts to maintain optimal performance.
• Safety Compliance:
• Adhere to safety regulations and guidelines during all electrical work.
• Report any unsafe conditions or practices to supervisors and participate in safety meetings.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of electrical maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
• Provide detailed reports on completed tasks and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other maintenance personnel, engineers, and supervisors to coordinate activities and achieve common goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members to share insights and enhance collective problem-solving.
• Training and Development:
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations.
• Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• ITI/ diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized electrical apprenticeship program.
• Relevant certification or license as an electrician.
• Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and wiring in a production environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with PLCs and control systems is a plus.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to electrical codes and standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
