Key Roles and Responsibilities of Position
A) Electrical Breadboard system testing and issue coordination
- Coordinate and conduct breadboards system test.
- Assess and manage issues in JIRA including tracking and resolution.
- Generate test plans and issue reports.
- Organizing and managing resources used in the supply of electrical components, and equipment.
- Testing prototype products such as electrical components, equipment and electronic modules used in a vehicle.
B) Build support
- Conduct Yellow Board process support for applicable builds.
- Perform module configurations during build event.
- Build event issue analysis and resolution.
C) System engineering support for validation phases
- Conduct system reviews.
- Interpreting electrical drawings, various standards and regulations of electric power devices and usage
- Reading various electrical drawings, specifications and regulations of electric power equipment and implementing them on how to test different electrical components
- Support feature reviews
- Create & review logical & physical schematics (Determining the type and arrangement of electrical circuits)
- Evaluate CAN network communications.
- Testing prototype electrical components and equipment
D) Achieve cross-functional issue resolution and feature testing
- Root cause analysis of electrical issues in a prototype and a production-ready vehicle.
- Troubleshoot & Problem Solving through 8D
- Build system level DFEMA and sign off
E) Use team-based approach to deliver programs
- Work well in a team environment and cross-functionally.
- Work well with Global teams.

- Strong project management competencies including team and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate and work with a cross functional team.
- Excellent communication skills.
B) Key Deliverable in Position
- Lead VSCS for OPD, DTC Mask List, GIVIS Tickets and support the lead Systems Engineer for OPD

2.Functional / Technical (TMM)

Education Qualification : B.E / B.Tech. in EEE / ECE / E&I
Number of Years of Experience : 5 years or above
