Designation : Director - Strategic Initiatives
Reporting to: CEO
About the company and role:
- The EduTech company is founded by serial entrepreneur and funded by some of the most successful entrepreneurs and angel investors of India.
- This is an internal strategic consultant role for a growth phase EduTech company. The role reports to the CEO directly.
- The role is responsible for designing and mentoring all the Strategic Initiatives of the EduTech company.

- This includes understanding the customer needs analysis, problem and value proposition offered, go to market strategy, strategic roadmap and driving growth
Desired Profile:
- MBA from premier Schools ( ISB, IIM A, IIM B, IIM C, XLRI etc )
- 3 to 5 years of experience with strategy consulting firm ( AT Kearney, BCG, Bain, Parthenon etc)
- The candidate should be data driven, strategic and solution oriented.
