- We are hiring for Heading Ecommerce role position opening with one of our clients, a leading fashion retail brands in Mumbai.
- Relevant experience of heading e-commerce own website, Marketplaces for any brand Fashion clothing, Footwear & Accessories etc.
- Must have worked in driving ecommerce sales and a deep understanding of digital strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the P&L of Ecommerce channel. Creating and maintaining a brand position across digital and ecommerce platforms. Formulating, implementing and directing the ecommerce sales strategy (Own Brand website ,outright business and market place business module with knowledge of OMNI channel).

- Know the Customer: Understand ecommerce, consumer behavior online, customer insights.
- Build our own website and omni channel strategy
- Own the Business: Co-own the P&L, develop the business model, understand where opportunities are and create a viable business to service them.
- Know the market: Stay on top of trends in an ever changing landscape, find opportunities and prioritize based on size, internal capabilities, etc.
- Know the competition: Analysis of competitive products, movements and sales.
- Analytical: Analysis and compare SKU movement, category wise market share, price point wise sales and market share.
- Digital Marketing: Understanding of digital marketing and various advertising opportunities available on ecommerce portals (Web and mobile). Implementation of digital strategy and tracking of the successes and misses. This includes content management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of technology and business, having worked with Digital Marketing and ecommerce sales.

- Should have previously worked in a similar role
Education : Post Graduate in Business Administration or Marketing.
