Roles & Responsibilities - Plan, prepare and deliver classroom activities that support early childhood philosophies and enable an inquiry-based approach to learning. Maintain good relations with students. Evaluate student progress according to the school's assessment policy. Collaborate with other class teachers, subject matter experts and other members of the school community. Active participation in school events, preparation of competitions and implementation of extracurricular programs. Implement various classroom management strategies and tools. Creating a supportive and creative learning environment. Lead by example and encourage students to use resources wisely. Ensure a hygienic classroom environment. Encourage the students to be independent and responsible for their learning. Give students constructive feedback. Requirements - Bachelors & ECCEd. diploma from recognized university At least 2 years' experience in an International School A sound understanding of the program requirements. Time management and organizational skills. A strong sense of responsibility for the academic and pastoral welfare of the students. Effective communication skills. Should be a life-long learner.
