As part of our commitment to operational excellence, we are seeking a motivated E-commerce Operations Intern to support our COD Order Confirmation and NDR Management processes remotely.
Responsibilities:
COD Order Confirmation:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to confirm order details and addresses for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
- Accurately rectify any address or order discrepancies during the confirmation process.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting confirmed COD orders and any relevant corrections made.
NDR (Non-Delivery Report) Management:
- Reach out to customers to confirm delivery attempt status and reasons for non-delivery.
- Initiate escalations on our shipping panel for cases of fake delivery attempts or when re-attempts are needed.
- Compile daily reports summarizing NDRs and tracking updates on raised escalations.
Requirements:
- Fresher or recent graduate with a strong interest in e-commerce operations and customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Google Sheets and Excel.
- Must have a personal laptop/PC
- Working hour 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexible hour
