AddressWe are looking for an analytical, responsible person to be part of our E-commerce team. The Operations Executive role will mainly deal with demand and inventory planning for various e-commerce portals such as Flipkart, Amazon, Myntra, etc. and their warehouses. Candidate will be responsible for inventory flow, operation works, updating prices and creating useful solutions.Â
Responsibilities
- Analysis of the sales data, trends, and customer demands to create inventory forecasts & strategies for improvement
- Recommending improvements to inventory management systems based on past results
- Conduct detailed reports on inventory
- Keep a record of all outgoing shipments and warehouse delivery appointments
- Monitor inventory levels of supply and reduce the recalls and shortages
- Manage all marketplace prices as per calendar
- Deal Upload, GWP Configuration, Coupons Upload, BxGy Configuration, Customer Message Reply, Customer Feedback Working
Skills Required:
- Creating FBA Shipment
- Taking FBA Shipment Appointment
- Processing through online portals
- Managing Logistics Operations
- Executing price updates and configuring deals on various portals like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Good spoken and written English with proper knowledge of email etiquette
- Ability to coordinate with different internal functions such as Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics, as well as other team members within the E-commerce team
- Candidate must have completed his / her Undergraduate Degree
- Minimum 2 Years work experience in relevant E-commerce operations role is a must.
