Job Summary
? ROLE OBJECTIVE ? (The main purpose of the role) ? ? To assure Vendor Quality Systems . ? ? To improve Incoming material Quality , Process Capability and documentation ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ? (These are actions that will enable the incumbent to achieve the job's overall purpose. They are a description of what the incumbent will DO in the job) ? ? Identify and make list of CTQ and Non CTQ suppliers ? ? Prepare Audit plan for CTQ and NON CTQ suppliers ? ? Update the audit schedule on portal . ? ? Carry out the audits as per the schedule ? ? Communicate and update the audit observations and NCs on the portal . ? ? Monitor the supplier wise NCs and Get the corrective action and plan from supplier . ? ? Ensure the implementation of identified improvement actions in the defined timelines. ? ? Monitor the effectiveness of the actions . ? ? Ensure closure of audit NCs on portal. ? ? Prepare list of non performing suppliers for further action by the top management. ? ? Approve new CTQ / NON CTQ supplier based on primary audit and visit . ? ? Monitor and NCRDC NCs posted by QA Team . ? ? Ensure closure of NCs by the supplier with 8D report on portal in the defined time. ? ? Ensure correctness of RCA and PCA . ? ? Ensure the implementation of actions and its effectiveness, ? ? Close the NCs on the portal.
