Address Supervises the daily activities of Maintenance Supervisors within a single department on multiple shifts to ensure the effective, timely provision of quality services. Generally, the role holder will be responsible for two or more supervisors and a mid-large sized team of Technicians. Operations are of mid-level complexity (e.g. higher technology), normally requiring some more complicated maintenance/repair.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/ RESPONSIBILITY
Responsible for driving the reliability project for critical machines thereby improving on MTTR, MTBF and enhancing the OEE.
Responsible for maintaining the records for EHS performance, sustaining a zero overdue status of investigations and actions.
Monitor the effectiveness of predictivity maintenance management on daily basis, flag the deviations to maintenance for corrective actions.
Maintain the evergreen MIS for the Engineering Manager with well-defined Leading and Lagging indicator.
Maintain the parallel system to ensure inventory of critical spare is maintained for all the equipment’s on site.
Be a nodal point of interface for all the statutory compliance, IMS and engineering records.
Having Basic knowledge of SAP, NDT techniques, & Asset Integrity .

Required Skill Set:
- Minimum of 10 plus Years of working Experience in a chemical/similar manufacturing environment.
- Good Knowledge in standard rotating and static equipment’s along with design codes.
- Knowledge of Hazard Identification and Risk Management.
- Proficiency in various certification, audit requirement of ISO, OHSAS, TPM, 5s , etc.
- Sound knowledge on the various parameters of EHS, Procedure and process.
- Well Knowledge in Quality Tools 7QC, RCA-CAPA & 5W-2H.
- Well known about condition monitoring Tools i.e. Vibration Analysis, Thermography, Ultrasonic Thickness Tools, Radiography, NDT Testing etc.
- To upkeep Assets and Maintain Critical Sparts Availability.
- Responsible for achieving Zero Breakdown & Adhere to Preventive Maintenance Schedule.
- Proficient in SAP PM Module & MIS report MTBF,MTTR etc .
- Well know about Statutory & Legal Compliance.
