Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Duty Manager. The Duty Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, including managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and overseeing the establishment's facilities and services. The role involves collaborating with other departments to provide the highest quality of service and experience to guests.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and other hotel management software
- Experience in revenue management and marketing is an advantage
- Organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
