As a booking and travel agent, you will help people by answering questions about their reservations, advising them on their upcoming trips, handling booking errors and inquiries like these.
Your daily work will include tasks like the following:
- Be the hero our Danish customers need! Assist them with their inquiries, requests, and orders by entering data accurately into our support tools.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and stay informed about any changes in company or client policies.
- Deliver high quality, fast and efficient service, always ready to assist customers with their immediate needs.
- Costumer focus in a friendly and professional manner
Your qualifications:
You speak and write Dutch at a native level and you are fluent in English (C1 or strong B2).
Experience in the travel industry as well as customer support is a plus.
You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Excellent multitasking skills and has the ability to navigate data systems.
Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills (empathy, listening ability, communication, ability to remain calm in stressful situations)
Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities, duties and tasks, and you have excellent communication skills and can express your thoughts clearly and concisely.
