Essential Key Responsibilities/Job Summary:Lead small, product focused, scrum team
Design and develop solutions to complex customer use-cases and issues
Serve as a technical expert on the design and architecture of new Data Supply Chain platform
Work closely with other internal teams (e.g. Product, IT, Engineering) to ensure that any product issues are clearly communicated and resolved in upcoming releases.
Perform root cause analysis for technically complex issues with the goal of resolving the problem
Provide documentation and training on the use and support new Data Supply Chain platform to other internal teams as necessary
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
5 years experience developing and maintaining applications
Experience leading small agile development team
Must have strong development skills in the following areas/languages:
Must demonstrate excellent troubleshooting and problem assessment/solving skills
Experience working with large datasets and manipulating schemas
Well organized, disciplined and able to manage time and priorities effectively
Excellent communication skills. Shows judgement when communicating with different seniority levels, different cultural backgrounds, and different stakeholders.
Organized and a logical problem solver. Uses data to make decisions. Provide thought leadership and logical best practices
Show confidence even when faced with uncertainty or extreme challenges
Ability to think strategically and push themselves outside of their comfort zone
