Dispatch Executive

The Dispatch Executive will be responsible for coordinating the shipment and delivery of goods to customers. This includes managing the logistics of the delivery process, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving any issues that arise during delivery. The Dispatch Executive will also be responsible for maintaining records of shipments, ensuring compliance with all shipping regulations, and communicating with customers and vendors to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the shipment and delivery of goods to customers
• Manage the logistics of the delivery process, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues that arise during delivery
• Maintain records of shipments and ensure compliance with all shipping regulations
• Communicate with customers and vendors to ensure a smooth delivery process
• Manage the dispatch team and provide training as needed
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction
• Manage inventory and ensure that products are available for shipment
• Monitor the quality of the products being shipped and ensure that they meet customer expectations
• Analyze delivery performance metrics and implement improvements as needed

Requirements:

• Knowledge about Busy / Tally Software
• Ready to work in shift wise
• working Hours 12hrs
• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in dispatch or logistics management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with shipping regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
• Ability to lead a team and provide training and support as needed
