Director - Regulatory Reporting - Kpo (12-18 Yrs)

Director opportunity with KPO / Shared Services of top investment bank based in India. Mentioned below is the JD with a required skill set.
Qualification: CA/MBA
Experience: Minimum of 12 years (demonstrable experience of ‘managing managers’ and leading change)

JD:
- Take overall responsibility for continuous improvement across the (reporting process), technology, reporting and controls landscape; including the build out, hiring and successful integration required to implement the new Target Operating Model.
- Develop strategic Regulatory Reporting Infrastructure and Governance framework on data consumption.
- Manage and lead the Reporting team including (on a ‘dotted line’ basis) the Regulatory Relations and Governance Manager. Encourage and motivate team members including developing and maintaining skill sets and behaviours and managing personal development goals.
- Manage the relationship with the Bank Statistics and Regulatory Data Division’s senior management and Bank Association’s Director. This includes rolling review meeting on new reporting requirements and quarterly liaison meeting.
