As the Director of Operations, you will display strong operational, analytical, organizational, and administrative skills to ensure guest satisfaction and contribute to the success of the hotel.

What You Will Be Doing:
- Director of Operations leads and supervises all relevant activities in operations departments and manage overall operations in absence of General Manager
- He/she is mainly responsible for the commercial results of operational departments.
- He/she always keeps close contact with the General Manager and co-ordinates relevant activities to improve commercial and other results
- Ensures that the hotel consistently disposes of adequate, motivated and skilled personnel at all levels.
- He/she personally cares about the Management Development within his/her area of responsibility, encourages and evaluates candidates on a regular basis.
- He/she also acts as the "Ambassador" for Raffles brand in maintaining good and regular relation with the owners or the representatives of the owning company
- In performing these duties he/she shall at all times maintain good relations with his/her super the Department Heads as well as the local authorities and other key persons On- going self - driven education on hotel, hotel industry, local market, and technology
- Handle guest interactions professionally and appropriately
- Effectively communicate with other hotel departments, regional, and corporate teams
- Be a champion of Raffles brand belief, and live the Accor Values at all times
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree/Masters Degree from a reputable hospitality school preferred
- Minimum 15 years of total experience with strong operations background and previous experience in heading Food and Beverage operations will be preferred.
- High degree of professionalism with strong understanding of hotel operations and business acumen
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language, knowledge of Fresh language can be added advantage
- Ability to communicate in a local language where the hotel operates is desirable
- Strong working knowledge of Digital tools
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and training skills.
- Excellent communication and customer contact skills
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations

Your Team and Working Environment:
- You would be reporting to the General Manager of the hotel
- While reporting to general manager, you will be responsible for operations of the hotel
- You have to manage the Leadership team of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Culinary and Spa.
- Ensure Leadership team is well aware of business forecast and strategies of the hotel\
- Liaise with the corporate office team to integrate the India and South Asia revenue management strategy
