Address Job Description: The CNC Machinist's primary responsibility is to utilize machining skills and knowledge to program, setup, and run vertical and horizontal CNC milling machines to satisfy business requirements.
- Responsibilities: Selects, aligns and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories and materials on machines such as mills, lathes, jig bores, grinders and shapers.Measures and marks dimensions and reference points on material or work piece as guides for subsequent machiningObserves machine operation to detect malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.Must be able to setup all parts to be machined.Proficient tooling knowledge will select and use metal cutting tooling in all applications.Responsible for deburring own parts before moving parts to the next stage.
Requirements: Qualification: Diploma 2022 & 2023 pass-outs with/without arrears.Branches: Mechanical, Mechatronics, EEE, Automobile, Production Engineering, and other streams related to manufacturing (except CSE, IT, and CIVIL)Location: Coimbatore, Tamil NaduWorking Pattern: 6 days a week, 3 shifts, 8 work hours.
