AddressThe ideal candidate will own the marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing Digital Marketing campaigns for (K12 segment). This candidate will launch advertisements with a clear focus on ROI & CAC.
Responsibilities
● Plan, own, execute a data-driven & customer-centric Paid Advertising Strategy across company's product lines to execute the goals of the business with the best ROI
● Generate & meet the lead requirements for the sales team across channels such as YouTube, Facebook, Google, Linked In, Quora, and Native Ads. (more platforms are recommended)
● Analyze Competitors & identify new opportunities using tools like SEMRush and optimise the Paid Advertising strategies consistently.
● Should have the experience of running email campaigns, SMS & WhatsApp campaign to nurture the leads
● Should have the ability to setup marketing automation based on the funnel
● Develop and evolve advanced targeting & segmentation strategies that deliver truly most valuable campaigns
● Own the business goals across the Marketing Funnel from reducing the Lead Generation cost to optimizing Customer Acquisition Costs
● Measure & Report the business-related KPIs to management and agree on the action plans based on data
● Analyse & draw insights from each paid medium and take necessary actions to meet the ROI goals in close coordination with the sales team.
● Work with an enterprising team and contribute to organizational goals via self-driven initiatives.
● Should have experience working with a CRM earlier
Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree
● Passionate Brand Builder
● Must have experience in working with the K12 segment
● Strong creative and analytical skills

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
