Role Digital Marketing Executive
Candidate should have strong social media (paid as well as organic marketing) and Google Ads experience.
Social media requirements:
- Should have managed multiple social media account (paid marketing) at a time.
- Should have managed paid campaigns in the range of 1- 5 Lacs per month minimum.
- Should have intrinsic knowledge of the inner workings of the social media marketing tools (native, organic, and paid).
- Should be well versed in generating reports for the campaigns handled
- Having exquisite knowledge of the KB of the social media platforms would be a plus.
- Deserving candidates should love reading and updating themselves with the latest changes in the digital media ecosystem.
Google Ads requirements:
- Should have managed multiple client campaigns at a time.
- Should have managed paid campaigns in the range of 2 -10 Lacs per month minimum.
- Should have intrinsic knowledge of the inner workings of the Google Ads platform and their settings (text, display, YouTube).
- Should be well versed in generating reports for the campaigns handled
- Having intrinsic knowledge of Google KB would be a plus.
- Strategizing, targeting and setting up Google s Text, Display and YouTube ads.
General Requirements:
Effectively manage all social media accounts and implement social media solutions for allocated clients (content calendaring, posting updates, creatives, responses and everything related to it).
- Respond and react to changes within social networks, changes in functionality, methods of engagement, etc.
- Regularly track the performance of posts or Ads and derive insights to propose future strategies for all accounts.
- Monitor and present relevant data, trends, successes, exceptions, etc.
- Improve SEO ranking using social media, writing blogs (multiple platforms), community forum engagement, connecting with bloggers, Google Analytics
- Ensure all activity supports wider online objectives including best practice backlink building, keyword utilization, etc.
- Handling the Ads run for brands as per the budgets allocated by the client
- Demonstrate ROI on all Digital Marketing efforts for enhancing client partnerships
Requirements.
- Proven Working experience of at least six months .
- Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Solid knowledge of Social media paid marketing and optimization.
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Bing, etc. campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate interested users/visitors.
