- Owing to accelerated growth in a thriving market, Catax is looking for a passionate, creative and organized marketer to lead, manage and deliver our online event program
- He/she will be responsible for the ideation, development, and execution of a full-funnel virtual events program except for the content
- The successful candidate will develop a calendar to deliver a regular cadence of webinars working to both net new customer acquisition objectives through to customer loyalty, upsell and retention objectives
- Produce and direct a series of one-hour long externally facing dialogue events
- Coordinate and manage event day production including rehearsing presenters where required, troubleshooting IT, and managing break out rooms and virtual waiting rooms
- Provide speaker and facilitator support and coordination including organizing event rehearsals and troubleshooting IT issues
- Proactively manage timelines for event deliverables which may include advertising and marketing materials, social media posts, and backend setup of events on Zoom or other preferred digital platform
- Gather technical requirements and conduct pre-event testing and configuration on digital platforms
- Experience managing live event production
- Advanced knowledge and experience with Zoom
- Advanced knowledge and experience with lighting, audio, video, and technical direction of live virtual events
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines, multitask, and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to self-start and work independently under own direction and initiative
- A passion for events and comfort working under tight deadlines
- Knowledgeable of up-to-date virtual event technologies, industry trends, and competition
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication (written and verbal) with the ability to effectively communicate to a wide audience
- Experienced in online event experiences with a background in enablement, product marketing, content marketing or training experience
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced organization with changing priorities
