In the HPE Chief Technology Office, we lead the innovation agenda and technology roadmap for all of HPE. This includes managing the design, development, and product portfolio of our next-generation cloud platform, Green Lake. What you’ll do:

• Excellent programming/scripting skills (Python will be preferred)
• Hands on experience with writing build applications
• Hands on with infrastructure deployment tools like terraform and product deployment tools like Ansible
• Hands on with Containerization technologies (e.g., Docker,)
• Hands on with Cloud Platform like AWS, GCP and Azure (certification will be preferred)
• Hands on experience with make, Maven
• Hands on with building strong CICD Pipeline using Jenkins
• Good Understanding of Registry like Docker Hub or Harbour
• Good understanding of modern source control tools such as Git
• Good Understanding of Network and Security technologies
• Hands on with opensource K8S and Other K8S services like AKS , GKS and AKS
• Must have experience with basic infrastructure services like ldap, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
• 8+ years of experience in purely DevOps

What you need to bring:

• Manage the team members based out of different Geographical locations in different time zones.
• Managing all the technical Project like
• Building and managing the CICD Pipeline for different product lines
• Resolving day to day Operational issues of Dev and QA infrastructureAutomation of some daily repetitive DevOps task.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the DevOps Engineers which includes Planning all DevOps task , resource allocation, escalating and resolving DevOps defects and issues.
• Implement the DevOps roadmap and measure success via key performance indicators agreed with other Engineering Managers
• Gather product & business requirements, gut check new ideas and proposals, balance tech-debt and delivery of product functionality
• Solely responsible for all the people management areas like, goal setting, performance management, providing regular feedback & coaching, taking care of the rewards and recognition.
• Provide post implementation support in production environment, following up with any reported issues to resolution
