- Basic Knowledge about Switch mounting, RACK mounting, Network Cabling, CCTV camera installation, Router, LAN, WAN, Desktop, Laptop, Switch, CCTV, DVR, NVR, Attendance Machine, Cabling, Access Point(Wi-Fi)
- Troubleshoot Windows Hardware and Software issues to resolution
- Troubleshoot Outlook related issues
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication, documentation, and customer service skills
- Problem Solving and troubleshooting skills
- Able to quickly learn new software setup requirements, configuration rules, update procedures, etc.
