Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Designer Trainee located in Agra. The Designer Trainee will support the design team with day-to-day tasks including creating and editing Solar PV designs, i.e, Siteplan, Single line diagrams, Wiring schedules, Equipment Elevations. The Designer Trainee will collaborate with the design team and project managers on multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics.
• Freshers from 2023 & 2024 batches preferred.
• For Experienced Candidates - Experience in the renewable energy industry is a plus
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Excel Basic Formulas.
• Strong Aptitude, design skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong Basic Electrical knowledge -

1. Voltage, Current, Power, Single and Three Phase Systems,
2. Working of P-N Junction, Transformer.
3. KVL, KCL, Series and Parallel DC Voltage & Current Sources.

Salary-

From 3 to 4.2 lakh CTC.

After one year, when promoted to Designer, From 6 to 7.2 lakh CTC*.

(*considering 160 hrs of billable work is done in a month)
