This DGM role is a position within Tata Communications, Core and Next-Gen Connectivity Services unit. This position will be responsible for managing existing products and services along with integrating new products. This role will be responsible for driving the product development on IZO Multi-Cloud Connect services and achieve the financial target of the services to align with the company annual target plan.
Broad outline of the Role
IZO Multi-Cloud Connect services is a next generation service, product manager will require to conduct industry / market research in order to determine product demand and positioning. Moreover, this role would require to formulate business cases and product descriptions.
Purpose - Broad objective of the role
This position will be also responsible for:
- Lead the development of product strategies
- Identify market requirements and key features
- Document strategies and business cases
- Lead the end-to-end product development and beta deployments
- Provide training to internal organization.
- Document, review and gain approval for non-standard customer requirement

Minimum qualification & experience
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in a technology related field with 10+ years of experience in large scale networking and cloud environment.
- Ability to lead development, approval and training communications
- Ability to communicate with different regions and time-zone.
- Develop specialized training material on new products
- Knowledge of data network technology environments.
- Knowledge of VPC to VPC, Transit VPC, Transit Gateway and VPN Gateway network environments
- Solid understanding of network services including but not limited to : Internet, Ethernet, Private-line, MPLS-VPN, Private and Public Cloud Connectivity.
- This role also requires candidate have knowledge of network analysis fundamentals and network performance analysis.
It is a plus for candidate have knowledge of scripting for modern deployment and configuration management tools such as Ansible, Terraform and etc.
