SalaryJob Responsibility:
- Safe working culture across the plant
- Co-ordination with top management for optimization of productivity
- To reduce specific energy consumption of per ton of steel
- Electric arc furnace (EAF) and Ladle Refining furnace (LRF) experience is mandatory
- To Facilitate in Modification of equipments and processes
- Facilitate New Product development
- Facilitate Training of employees
- Monitoring of delays and CAPA implementation
- Development of sub ordinates by training to take higher responsibilities to achieve organization goal.
- Proper co ordination with quality to restrict rejection and customers satisfaction
- Ensure SOP availability for all processes & compliance as per SOP
Requirements:
- Location- Gamharia, Jharkhand
- Ctc 25 - 30lacs
- Qualification - B.Tech/M.Tech
- 7 year experience into same role
- experience in LRF and EAF
- Experience in operations in Steel Melting shop will be prefred
