Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve departmental goals and targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability to meet customer demands.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
• Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, communication, and employee engagement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in retail or a related industry.
• Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of effectively managing teams and driving results.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering positive customer relationships.
• Age criteria (25-30)
