- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Offer expert consultation to prosthodontists and general dentists in complex cases.
- Regular coordination with different department
- Any other duties as required by the Management from time to time.
- Resolving the complaints received from doctors with the team.
- Need to call and coordinate with Doctors, Sales team and Lab for smooth operations.
- Monitor & Listen to team members call, give feedback and resolve any issues related to complex cases.
- Identifying and conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Should be comfortable working in only Non Clinical role.
