Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Demi Chef De Partie MEXICAN CUISINE for Manifest Hospitality located in Kolkata. The role is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in preparing and cooking food in accordance with established recipes and standards. The Demi Chef De Partie will also train and supervise junior kitchen staff, maintain food safety and hygiene standards, and perform other tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef.
Qualifications
- Culinary Arts skills, including food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine
- Experience in supervising and training junior kitchen staff
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow recipes and standards
- Food safety and hygiene knowledge and certification
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is a plus
