Job Overview
We are looking for Delivery Boys to join our team at Sukrthi Recruit. As a Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers in a timely and efficient manner. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid two-wheeler license
- Good communication skills in English and local language
- Ability to navigate and use maps
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy packages
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide variety of products to different locations in a timely manner
- Follow assigned routes and time schedules
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle
- Collect payments from customers and issue receipts
- Communicate with customers, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service
- Perform site visits and deliver excellent hospitality
- Handle and sort laundry clothes if required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
- Adhere to all safety requirements and traffic laws
- Report any issues or incidents to the supervisor or manager
