Primary Skills: GPT / LLM(3 yrs), Python, Pytorch,tensorflow, keras,DL,NLP Total experience- 5 to 12 years Location: Pune/ Mumbai/ Hyderabad/ Chennai/ Bangalore/ Kolkata Notice period- Immediate to 30 days "Position title: Data Scientist - GPT/LLM Product Development Overview: The Data Scientist will play a key role in the development/enhancement/implementation of a GPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) or LLM (Large Language Model) product. They will work with cross-functional teams to define/enhance the product requirements, develop models, and contribute to the overall product roadmap. Responsibilities: - Develop and train GPT/LLM models to generate natural language text for various applications such as chatbots, question-answering systems, and recommendation engines. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and develop use cases for GPT/LLM models. - Conduct data analysis, pre-processing, feature engineering and model selection to create accurate models in a timely and efficient manner. - Continuously monitor the accuracy and performance of the models, and iterate to improve the model’s performance based on feedback. - Develop and maintain unit tests and automated tests for the models. - Work with software engineers to integrate the GPT/LLM models into production systems, and ensure scalability, reliability, and security requirements are met. - Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in GPT/LLM models, and proactively recommend solutions to improve the product - Decompose the end-to-end problem into smaller and more manageable pieces and prioritize them based on the greatest potential business value. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or other quantitative fields. - At least 3 years of experience with GPT/LLM model development, including pre-processing, feature selection, and hyper-parameter tuning. - Strong experience working with programming languages such as Python and R, as well as libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras. - Knowledge of statistical models and algorithms such as deep learning, natural language processing, and unsupervised learning. - Experience working with software engineers to deploy models into production systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting complex technical information to non-technical audiences. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development project management. - Demonstrated flexibility, creativity, and patience in adapting to new situations and changing needs.
