Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy advanced data analytics models using both classical and generative AI techniques to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that drive strategic decisions in the retail domain.

Create and maintain dynamic, interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, enabling stakeholders to understand data insights and make informed decisions quickly.

Work closely with business units to understand their analytical needs and deliver bespoke Data Science solutions, including customer segmentation, inventory optimization, and sales forecasting.

Evaluate and integrate new datasets, ensuring high data quality and relevance for ongoing and future analytics projects.

Stay abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and data visualization technologies, applying best practices to our Data Science initiatives.

Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and actionable intelligence.

Mentor junior data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in Data Science, with a strong emphasis on retail analytics.

Proficient in applying both classical AI and generative AI solutions to real-world business problems.

Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Expertise in Tableau, with a proven track record of creating impactful dashboards and visualizations for business users.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience presenting data insights to stakeholders at all levels.

A collaborative team player who is also capable of working independently on complex projects.
